"Big Girls Don't Cry" Billboard's #89 Top 100 Songs of All-Time!
Billboard Magazine's "Special Edition, 50th Anniversary Issue".
Fifty years ago, Billboard launched a revolutionary chart called the Hot 100. After nearly two decades of tracking songs distinctively by sales or plays (on jukeboxes and at radio), the Hot 100 was the first list to measure popularity by incorporating both radio play and sales. Billboard recognized "Big Girls Don't Cry", as one of the Top 100 Songs of All-Time! The last of three singles from Fergie's 2006 solo debut, "The Dutchess," to claim the top spot on the Hot 100 made her the first female artist to earn three No. 1s from one album since Christina Aguilera did so in 2000. "Big Girls Don't Cry" was also Fergie's first No. 1 on the Mainstream Top 40, Adult Contemporary and Adult Top 40 charts.
